One of the best experiences we have ever had without a doubt. When do you ever experience a Michelin star restaurant where the chef himself serves you, chats with you and describes his creations. As a background we are from Chicago, enjoyed several Michelin star restaurants there; enjoyed them without reservation. This experience was unique, because, to have chef Ebbe himself present the plates was beyond fascinating. The quality was well worth the price point… needless to say one of the best experiences we ever had. Courses were amazing and creative from beginning to end. Quality of every single course was superb… I dibble dabble in cuisine myself and I was able to see the passion he put in each course. Definitely we will recommend this restaurant to my friends “the foodies” I hope to return here soon… not only for the food but the atmosphere.

Ebbe is the best restaurant experience ( food and service) that we have experienced in Tampa! The food is nothing short of 5 stars, variable and so tasty.. Each bite is an experience of flavor. Ebbe was part of our service ( as he is for every group) and he was very conversational and courteous. The explanation of the food ingredients was in depth and spot on. Such a great experience- we will return.

We had the most amazing dining experience from Melissa’s amazing knowledge of all dishes to the exquisite plates prepared for us. We have traveled a lot and are true foodies and this was at top of our list!

Outstanding experience. Chef/owner helped serve us many of the courses, and explained his inspiration for creating the dishes from his upbringing in Sweden and travels throughout the world. Whole experience worth every penny

Definitely one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. I've been to all the Michelin star restaurants in Tampa and Orlando except one and this is definitely my favorite so far. Every bite was fantastic, and clearly carefully crafted. I think my favorite part is the fact that the chefs bring the food out to you. you get a chance to hear from the creators about what goes into each dish. I will definitely be back.

Overall the food was just okay. The only thing that really stood out was the duck. The rest was pretentious try to hard to make something simple fancy. The wine pairing was not good 8 wines 5 were 3oz or less and 3 were 1oz at 185.00 per person it's expensive for no reason. When they sell the same bottles for less the 120.00 on the menu. Our waitress didn't seem to know the English language very well and couldn't communicate the basics of the menu to us. Also one of our dishes had a hair in it not something I would expect from a 1250.00 dinner for 2 didn't get an apology or anything it was quickly taken with no words of any kind by the waitress. Over all I would not recommend there are superior option for their exorbitant price.

Really great experience! Jakob was awesome! Food was tasty and I had no issues getting the seafood taken out of my menu. Staff was all friendly. Must say a little higher price than it’s worth but certainly is good food!

EBBE is a world class experience and we are so glad they are in Tampa! The service was attentive, engaging and warm. Each dish in our tasting was perfection, and the wine pairings a wonderful complement. We are looking forward to going back soon!
