This place was amazing! Very deserving of the Michelin star! The entire team was amazing , the food was fantastic and the vibe was great! Head chef/owner Ebbe was possibly the most humble Michelin star chef I’ve ever met!

Every bite was well-crafted. The duck two ways contained one of my favorite bites of food ever. I hope this place gets more business and sticks around because we will be back.

Best food we've had in Tampa. A nice European touch. Very delicate and inventive. We will dine there again.

I don't have a refined palate and I would never call myself a food critic. A lot of meals that claim exotic ingredients go way over me. I felt like Ebbe's plates were some of the rare times I could actually taste multi-layered complexity and freshness. Was lucky enough to be served by Chef Ebbe himself - not sure if that's his modus operandi or we were lucky to catch him on a quiet day. Highly recommend!

Ebbe should have two Michelin stars!!! Everything is outstanding and for the Tampa area, it’s hard to beat, if that’s even possible.

Absolutely one of our favorite if not favorite restaurants in Tampa. Chef Ebbe is amazing and his creativity in food is an amazing combination of the minimalist Scandinavian design of the interior. We love coming here and can’t wait to go back.

The food was delicious and so beautiful it looked like art. The service was excellent, we loved that the chef interacted with guests. It was a very special dinner, we will be back!
