The food was delicious and so beautiful it looked like art. The service was excellent, we loved that the chef interacted with guests. It was a very special dinner, we will be back!

The BEST restaurant in Tampa Bay!!! EBBE is a SPECTACULAR experience in every way. This unique dining experience deserves 2 Michelin stars! BRAVO to the Chef and staff.

Wonderful dining experience! Chef Ebbe is an amazing addition to a growing foodie scene in Tampa. This is a restaurant that will produce talent to fuel the future of the gourmet scene in this area. They have mastered the art of wanting “just one more bite” of each carefully prepared course. We left satisfied, but not overly bloated and full. I highly recommend EBBE to any foodie out there looking for a NYC/Paris/London high-end dining experience, right here in Tampa Bay. Well done Chef!

Food was amazing but the service left much to be desired. Water was not refilled unless asked. They forgot that I had prepaid for the birthday cake add on and did little to remedy it. I had to suggest we could order more drinks while we wait. Cake finally came out and it was frozen. Not a great way to end the experience.

What a wonder meal. Definitely no other place in central Florida serving up this type of food or service. Truly a wonderful dining experience.

The most relaxed, enjoyable, delicious experience. Noel and Chef that attended to us went above and beyond. I had a night out with my daughters and EBBE was the perfect restaurant for a perfect night !

Michelin star...? Yes I would say the food qualifies as a 1 Michelin star. However not much anything else does. My girlfriend and I are foodies and we have traveled to other cities for Michelin star experiences. I will say we weren't too impressed with this location in Tampa. The good: The food could be considered one star Michelin worthy. The not so good: Interior build out of the restaurant appeared cheap and kind of generic. The music playing throughout the evening was country and Frank Sinatra which seemed very odd for an "elevated Scandinavian" restaurant. We paid extra for a five glass wine pairing of which they forgot our last round of wine until we said something after the fact. We also paid for their highly overpriced glass bottled water of which we had to pour into our own glasses throughout the night. After getting our check and essentially spending what some might consider a mortgage payment, staff essentially disappeared with no "good night" "good evening" or "Thanks for coming in" etc. Nothing

Value for food is not there. Food is decent and concept is good. Portion and such is not there yet for the price.
