   I have wanted to have dinner at Eataly for some time and was somewhat disappointed. The food was average in terms of quality and the serving size was just about right. I had the fettucine so perhaps there are more appealing dishes on the menu however my wife had the ravioli and it too was bland. The service was very good.

   The pizza tasting menu was excellent. A good overall value & a nice variety of samplings with yummy flavours & high quality fresh ingredients. Portions were more than ample & I definitely did not leave feeling hungry.

   Went for the first time for my birthday dinner. Pros ..the server was nice and ambience was good . Cons...from the time we got there we were told immediately there's no bread. They then said they got some and brought 3 slices cold as the refrigerator. We asked to warm it in the oven and was told it's only if the kitchen wants to do that so no guarantees. Almost at the end of the pasta then asking if we wanted cheese on it and brought what was then hard toasted bread which may have been in the oven too long or left out too long after, at the end of the meal . The dessert was great and honestly the best part of the meal Really wanted to try this place before but may not hurry back .

   It’s a great experience the dining room is noisy though. The piazza area is quieter. Food was excellent but service was slow. Liquor pours are very minimal. Overall good.

   The waitress had to be told about the lunch specials posted at entrance. The beet salad needed olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pepper, which had to be requested. Service was too slow. The waitress walked off as she asked questions and was not interested in our response. She only spoke to one seated guest and virtually ignored the other. She asked if we wanted dessert after we asked for the bill. Poor training or understaffed? Not sure

    We have been to sherway ocation before but this time we came and brought our kids to celebrate my 47th birthday! The waitress we had was not good not attentive quality of her service provided was poor and lacking. I would not come back sadly was looking forward to celebrating my 47th birthday there we left fairly quickly. Very disappointed all because of one staff member ruined my entire vibe and experience even after being there prior
