Nice blend of various Eataly cuisine spanning other locations rolled into one restaurant at this location. Nice staff. Great wood-fired pizza! Excellent pastas.

Not comparable to other Eataly locations. Went twice opening week and both times I was disappointed. Let’s hope it improves.

Since they just opened there were some hiccups with staffing. Compared to the two locations in NYC this is a smaller place but carries a lot of imported Italian foods. The restaurant was fully booked and we had to go on a Monday to try it out. They had only one waiter for the whole floor and she did an outstanding job but we noticed that some guests had to wait for over an hour for appetizers so they just walked out. Also, not sure why they make you wait at the front desk even though you had a confirmed reservation. I guess the lack of staffing could be attributed to it. The food was in par with the NYC locations but we were surprised when they told us that they ran out of meatballs and the pizza and pasta were kind of not hot. The pizza we got at the NYC location literally took a while to cool down. I am hopeful this place picks up steam and lives up to the expectations of die hard fans of Lydia and her other establishments throughout the country.

We had a reservation for 2 for an early dinner, Sunday evening, the 4th day of being opened. This was a highly anticipated opening, it should have been packed with people. The restaurant was nearly empty. They were turning people away if they didn't have a reservation. I thought we were very lucky!! I was very wrong. Unfortunately, the review that I wrote is too long to fit here, so I'll just say, save your money and go where the customers are appreciated, and the food is better than the hype.

The restaurant did not seem crowded and the food was mediocre at best. The pizza was not cooked enough and was therefore soggy. The Cesar salad had too much dressing on it and the side of broccoli rabe I ordered was literally two stalks. My glass of wine was empty before I finished my meal and no one came over to see if I wanted another. Over priced and just not good. I will not be going there again. Big disappointment

Excellent experience. This was opening weekend and they were on point, running smoothly, well organized. Service was wonderful and food was great.

Outstanding experience! The waitstaff were on point. They explained details about the menu, were so polite & professional and their eye for detail was extraordinary. We had hot bread, salads, pasta and, chicken. Everything was delicious and made with wonderful ingredients. I would not hesitate to go back!

The waitress was not prepared at all. The pizza was really good. Pasta portions were small. The worse was when I got the ice cream cone at the gelato coubter. $7.56 for a scoop of ice cream: the cone was broken (as an Italia you know you discard broken cones! Special if it’s this overpriced) the ice cream was too hard and the scoop was so small… and the girl handed me the cone with no napkin, just from hand to hand . Poor service poor presentation. Do not recommend. Which is too bad because the food does taste good.

Our server was very sweet. We had the tagliatelle with black truffle which was somewhat bland (with minimal truffle flavor) and initially was served room temperature. They did serve us a new plate that was warmer but not quite hot. We also had the Massese pizza which was good. One of the tables next to us was very loud but otherwise the ambiance was nice.
