First time at that eataly location ordered and received my pizza way before drinks and my husband's pasta. By the time his came pizza was cold. Had to request drinks grated cheese as well . Food was good however looks like they are still training staff.

We were pleasantly surprised with very good food and service. We know it just opened and expected delays on a Black Friday. However, they handled everything very well. Food and service were excellent.

We had a really really nice lunch today up at the SHmall. The food food was tasty and the service was excellent. The staff did a really great job and we would definitely go back. A+++

Love the Early restaurants in NY. This one was not as good. The cicio e pepe sauce was watery and they used the wrong kind of pasta. The store is smaller than the NY store but it is convenient so decided to give it a try. Was a little disappointed.

Everything was lovely but our mains were disappointing. Expected the taste level of Eataly NYC but it just wasn't.

Food took forever to come out and service was very slow. I understand the restaurant is new but I think eataly is a well established restaurant that should know what they’re doing by now

Took awhile to be seated with a reservation which we expected being that it was new. My salmon entree had a mildew flavor and my husbands pizza was wet and sloppy. The server was very nice but seemed overwhelmed and it took a long time to get our food. I don’t think I would go back to the restaurant. Price does not reflect the quality.

We waited over a hour for our entrees and were told by the waiter he would check on them however the busters came around twice to take our utensils away before we even got our food. Also, once we switched from bottled water to tap we never received a new bottle. While they were coming to take our Ute they left the two empty water bottles we paid for along with three empty cans on the table pretty much the entire time we were there. The manager must not have been informed about our wait because we were never checked on.... for the money they charged our food should have been out in a timely manner. Very disappointed
