    Eataly was a real treat! Great ambiance, good food and excellent service. Our experience there was perfect! (A nice touch would have been a piece of cake for my daughter’s birthday…but alas…nothing is free anymore). Would recommend!

    Went there for a family dinner to celebrate my sisters birthday who passed away. I put this in the notes and asked for something special but the team did nothing and the server was actually kind of rude....Other than that the pizza was really good. I got the one where you can try three pizza flavours in one which I personally would not get again but over all it was good. I have been before with a much better experience and I live in the area so I will definitely go back and sit at the bar.

    Accidentally charged me for a full price dish instead of the set-menu price. Once mentioned, this was quickly fixed. Food was good.

    Honestly my friends and I were very disappointed with the service and quality of food. The pasta was cold and no salt and tasteless. The cocktails were done incorrectly 3 times. Our serving didn’t come around to ask if we wanted water. I expected better especially bc I go to the one on bloor and it’s very good. Thank you.

    Seated at 3pm no service until 3:30pm. We had to ask someone for a server. Comes Cobwayne before saying hi chooses to say your dog can’t be on the seat as matter of fact he can’t even be in here. We advised him we already showed the hostess his service papers. I then asked him for water. He listen every single water available on the market which is wonderful but I asked for still regular water. He brings over still bottled water 5 minutes later and I advised him I just want regular water and he proceeds to tell me no you said bottle and I said no and he said yes you did sooo.. at that point the conversation became a 1 sided argument and too aggressive to even start the meal. The lack of professionalism and customer service at this location was unacceptable. I was very intrigued to try their summer 2 course lunch meal however it seems that the ambiance lacks a welcoming culture and overall a much failed experience.

    Subpar food. Subpar service. Staff tried to remedy the Kitchens work but there is only so much a smile can do when the food isn't up to the mark.

    Our server B Consuelo was terrific. Pleasant prompt and all her suggestions were delicious. We shared a calamari and zucchini starter with a panzanella salad with fresh mozzarella; delicious!! The prosciutto pizza is a must. I would definitely recommend the pasta(we ordered tomatoes with buratta and mushroom pappardelle). They tasted almost homemade and I cook daily and rarely enjoy pasta outside my kitchen. Finally my husband had the tiramisu. Definitely a dessert worth trying. Overall a great experience and we would definitely go again.

    Food was good, but not great. I wanted to be “wowed” but was not. With all the hype, was not worth the prices. For the prices, I will probably not return
