    Cold flavourless food. I've had better in the past. The waiter said that they were very busy. I don't expect poor quality food no matter how busy they are.

    Great experience! Our server was excellent! We started with the Focaccia Rossa…very tasty. We both had lasagna…generous portions and very delicious. For dessert, we opted for the Budino Al Cioccolato…decadent and smooth. Loved the Italian cola…Mole Cola…both had the sugar free one. We enjoyed it very much. All in all, we were very impressed. We will certainly return!

    Don’t have the farfelle mushroom pasta dish, it’s so bland!!! My mom and I shared pizza and pasta and it came cold. When it first opened it was amazing, now it’s terrible value. I won’t eat there again.

    This was our first time dining at the Eataly Ristorante at the Sherway location. Pros: It’s a beautiful restaurant with lovely ambiance and the service was great. We made a reservation and did not have to wait long. Our server was attentive and nice. We got the aperol spritz, rucola arugula salad and burrata then the bucatini cacio e pepe and fresh pesto gnocci. The pasta dishes were cooked perfectly, had great flavours and was portioned well. I would recommend those dishes (however they should at least offer fresh pepper and/or cheese). Cons: For the price point, the value is poor and our apps were disappointing. Though the burrata dish with the caponata was lovely, they give you two TINY triangular slices of bread. You end up eating most of the dish on its own whereas most other restaurants will give you enough bread (Eataly Toronto even provides complementary bread). The rucola arugula salad had a nice dressing but it is literally plain arugula and cheese with nothing else. Definitely do not recommend such a plain dish even if you want something lighter. Overall, we had a nice time but some dishes can use improvement. We definitely enjoyed the Eataly Bloor location more. Hopefully there will be some changes made because we would love to come back again.

    Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Does not compare to flag ship location (Bloor). Bruschetta was cherry tomatoes on bread, calamari over cooked, pasta under cooked and bland. Waitress did not offer salt & pepper or come back and ask how are meals were. Music was very loud and overall was expensive for what we received. Would not recommend or go back.

    The service was great, I found it pricey for pasta, for lasagne and ravioli, the place is nice, but too loud, maybe the music could be softer then people could keep their voices down, but we finish the meal thinking next time we could go for pick up.

    By far the worst Eataly franchise I’ve been too, over priced, terrible food, slow service. Will not go to this location again!

    I never complain with my experience and I have been at Eataly Sherway around 5/6 times. Every time we have been cold and uncomfortable due to the cold and high fan air condition. There has to be some kind of barriers in front of the ceiling vents, especially by the wall seating and /or temps increased. This visit our pizza’s were luke warm and not the usual hot and steamy and our beet salad wasn’t as full as the usual.
