    The lady at the checkin desk was rude. The waitress was rude. The first two items on the menu we asked for wasn’t available. Every experience now we’ve had at Sherway Gardens eataly has been poor, we keep saying we will try one more time and it is terrible. Never again! Downtown toronto, Dubai - both fantastic. Unfortunately not the same experience at Sherway.

    Overly salted, mediocre food - won’t be back . Noisy, mid level service and just not worth it .

    I have been many times and really enjoy the food and ambience. The only thing is the service is slow likely because it was so busy. But one of the manger came over and apologized and took out drink and appetizer order. Still give it 4 stars overall. A must try!!

    Pawandeep is an excellent server and took the time to give us input and recommendations. The restaurant was busy and he managed everything really well. His hospitality is excellent and we will be back because of his quality of service and to try the pizzas next time. Thanks again, Prakash

    The food tastes fresh & is seasonal. Our server was friendly & attentive. I love that there are no tv screens nor loud music.

    Our server, Jessica P was awesome. The food was good although so many different people bringing food to the table, a few things fell short. Such as me having to ask for certain cutlery to eat my pasta with and some cheese for my spaghetti. Otherwise, it was good.

    Great meal and service. I had the beet salad and spinach ravioli, both were delicious!! Others had pizza, pasta and focaccia… smiles all around!

    Overall loved the ambiance. Food was delicious however they ran out of 2 out of the few savoury dishes they had on their small menu. When we first got seated, we asked the host if she can take the pre set wine glasses away since we had 2 little kids with me (preventative measures) but she asked me to wait for my server. Which is fine but just an FYI to parents out there who plans on bringing kids for brunch. Our coffees took a little long. Even the table who sat beside us who was seated after us got their coffees before us. But the food was delicious. I’m not sure if I would order the avocado toast again even if it tasted really good. Bread was tougher than how I’d usually like it for Avocado toasts. Our server was great but it took awhile to get change since we decided to pay with cash. Even when we got our change, we were given bills too big to give her the original 0.18% we were planning to give her and I wasn’t planning to wait longer to get more change. So, If you’re planning to pay with cash, make sure you’re specific with the change you want back during brunch days. It was a super busy day but overall, it was a 4/5 for me. I’d still come back but maybe not with the kids.

    From the hostess counter to paying the bill, I was disappointed with the entire experience. Once we were seated, our server repeatedly came to us for our drink & food orders but we needed more time because we were catching up. Once our food came from the kitchen, the server was no where to be found. Our food was not hot and I wanted fresh pepper, chili oil plus my server said it should have cheese on it but it did not so I wanted her to add cheese to it but I waiited and waited and my food got even colder. When she finally came to me and I told her, I've been looking out for her and why, she seemed annoyed but she did bring me the pepper mill and just left it on the table and added cheese for me with some more attitude. I think she realized I was unhappy because she came back later and gave us each a little box of pastries which was appreciated. Unfortunately, I still had a bad experience overall and the food was disappointing. It is definitely overpriced for the quality of taste. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant or ever go to it again.
