    The beet salad was delicious, my fish was really over cooked, my mom’s ravioli was bland. The server was awesome, if I’m at Sherway Mall again some day, I would try again.

    We were seated right away with our reservation. The food was good but it was noisy in the restaurant. The service could have been faster.

    Julia our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and a delight to interact with. The pizza was unbelievable. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Food was very salty and not very tasty. Service was good. Calamari was ok, charging extra for sauce seemed ridiculous with these prices. If it was a special sauce maybe but this tasted like salad dressing sauce.

    The supplì and calamari fritti appetizers were very good in addition to the service. Our pizzas were very disappointing. We ordered a pizza with prosciutto and arugula, and a salumiere pizza, both of which we have ordered at this location before. Both pizzas were very chewy and dense, with limited toppings. The pizza with arugula and proscuitto had a couple small pieces of prosciutto broken up. Previously, I have ordered this pizza and it had multiple full slices on top. Very disappointing, as this is a restaurant we frequent often the across the many locations.

    Every thing was good, we ordered Tiramisu pancakes, Avocado toast and cappuccino for our brunch. The pancakes could be better.

    Great ambience and wonderful styling. Very loud which made it very hard to converse with the people in my group. The food was ok at best (except the dessert which was super great). I think the cost of the food in the restaurant is priced too high.

    Our first time at this location. 3x Downtown. Service was good. My pizza fine. Diavola no spice. But good after I asked for chili peppers. Husband ordered striploin. V chewy. Not a good cut. Potatoes v bland. Ladies washroom had over flowing garbage n papers on the floor. Needed attention. Not what I expected from Eataly.

    We ordered pizza and salad for lunch. The salad was extremely fresh and delicious and 1 serving was more than enough to be shared. The pizza came hot and was outstanding. The pizza crust was by far the best I’ve had in a long time. Toppings were generous with just the right amount of seasonings. The only drawback was we asked for the chilli oil, our server indicated that they ran out and only offered dry chilli flakes. We were somewhat disappointed that they also ran out of regular coffee and had to settle with decaf. 2 minor hiccups which would not deter us from going back again. Looking forward to our next dining experience at Eataly!
