   The service was friendly and great however the food was very average with poor presentation that I rather not upload the photos of what I was being served but the general manager and the server were very approachable and open to feedback and came up with solutions right away.

   First time trying this place. Tried their beat salad and one of their pizzas. Both were good.

   Honestly this restaurant had it figured out. Good was excellent. Prices were reasonable. It’s become our neighborhood favourite.

   We enjoyed our meal at Eataly Don Mills. The food was good and the service was excellent. I think there could have been more vegetable offerings on the menu. They had a chicken dish on the menu but it was served on a bed of lettuce. It could have been served with a pasta or a vegetable.

   I found the pizza last night hard to chew I have there pizza before and it wasn’t like that very disappointed

   For what they claim to be they are not overly customer oriented… a simple ask for a side of hot honey was too much to ask.

   I had high hopes for Eataly and while the service was absolutely wonderful, the food and policies left a lot to be desired. Our server was honestly the best part of the evening—so kind, super helpful, and incredibly friendly. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. We started with the beet salad, which was absolutely amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, it kind of went downhill from there. We tried the meat lasagna, which was fine but lacked depth of flavor. Then came the Diavolo pizza, which was just... not good. It’s supposed to come with hot honey, but there was barely any on it. I asked for a bit more and was told—very apologetically by our lovely server—that they'd have to charge me for it. Like... what the actual hell? Charging for a bit of hot honey is like charging for ketchup. Totally absurd and honestly off-putting. The server even seemed embarrassed to have to say it, which tells you everything you need to know. Sadly, between the disappointing food and ridiculous upcharges, I won’t be going back.

   We showed up 10 minutes early and we were asked to wait until our reservation time. We walked around the market and came back and we’re still told to wait because the staff were changing over. Why take a reservation if you know the change over takes place at that time? We had 3 different servers come to our table even before we had drinks. The food was not hot only warm and became cold every quickly. The lasagna was over cook and burnt on one side. The evening was just okay not great

    Overall experience was not great. Had a table we were 15 mins late for, so understandably they gave away our table but they said it would be another 15 mins and we’d get a text for the next table but 45 minutes later we checked in with them and we were just forgotten about. Once seated we were advised they ran out of all their breads and focaccia that would have come with the meals and once the food arrived it honestly just lacked flavour. We got quite a few things on the menu and everything was underwhelming.
