Generally very good experience ! A bit too noisy, the music loud and air conditioner too high! Pizza excellent, pasta very good, mixed fried seafood ….the calamari cold and hard to eat ! Caponata was good except the bread that was burned and hard to eat it! Italian bear is missing from the drink list!

Food quality is very good. we order pizza, stuff spinach ricotta Ravioli . Very testy and good portion. The best dessert we had. Tiramisu was the best signature dessert they had. service was good. The manager was very kind and ask us about our experience

I recently dined at this location and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food and drinks. Our server was ok. The pasta we ordered was overcooked and mushy, completely ruining the dish. To make matters worse, we specifically asked for penne pasta and received a completely different type of pasta. The tiramisu we ordered for dessert was the worst I've ever had. Overall just a complete disappointment. Additionally, the cocktail I ordered was also bad. It was poorly mixed and lacked any flavor or balance. I have been to other locations of this restaurant in the past and have always had a good experience, but this particular visit was a letdown. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others.

Great experience overall. It was a quiet Labour Day evening in the restaurant. We ordered the fish, and the chicken. Both were delicious.

An excellent meal, which is made fresh. If you’re having the lasagna give at least 25 minutes for it to come to the table; but it is worth it!!! Messa was an excellent waiter; very professional and dedicated.

Overall, the experience was fine. Perhaps this location is still working out kinks, especially with service. Servers are friendly, but wait time to be acknowledged, place order, and then actually get the food was long. And we had made reservations! Food was fine, I’m not sure anything stood out. But ambience and location are good, and hopefully the spot will continue to mature as it’s open longer.

They didn’t have a table for us ready when we got there. Even though I reserved earlier and said it is for anniversary

Enjoyed our dinner and was impressed by the service and the grocery items available. Food was as good excellent. For some reason my credit card would not work in their machine so we used my wife’s. My card did work in the grocery door to buy coffee.

Good menu selection adequately prepared. Quality struggled to satisfy value for the price point. Service was inattentive, neglectful to the point of being rude; server preferred flirting with younger women than attending to mature guests. Better to buy ingredients in the store and prepare at home.

We’ve eaten at a number of Eataly locations in North America. This was the first time we have had a less than favourable experience. What needs to be improved are as follows, 1) Food was just warm. Should come to the table hot. 2) Our pasta portion was 3 pamperdel noodles. I thought that was a little skimpy given the price of the dish at $24.00 3) My wife and I were sharing a pizza and the pasta. We asked the server for plates to put our pasta and pizza and were given tiny bread plates. 4) We purchased 2 boxes of biscotti. We had to line up to use the 1 self-serve check out machine. Perhaps a second machine could be installed to speed up the process.
