Food was good but service was poor. I felt a bit uncomfortable as there were other customers that arrived after us and got served before us Because of the food quality I will eat there again

Very mediocre food. They had truffles in season so we ordered the white truffle pasta. While I know that the pasta should never have too much sauce/seasoning so as to allow the truffle to shine, the pasta last night tasted completely bland. It felt like it literally came out of the pot of water it was boiled in, and that's it. When the pasta arrived, a server came over to shave about 10 slices of white truffle onto the pasta. The shave was poorly done as some slices were the full size of the cut surface of the truffle, but some were 1 cm bits. For a $60 dish we were given 10 slices of the various sizes/bits of the white truffle. And for the taste of the whole dish, it was awful. Best part was watching the server subsequently drop the piece of truffle onto the floor. Wondering what they would do with that piece of white diamond... When we sat down, the host came over to offer us a coupon for complimentary tiramisu at the end of the night (not sure why but I did see other tables also being offered the coupon). So we used the coupon for the tiramisu. When the dessert came, it became quite apparent why they were offering complimentary tiramisu for guests. It looked like it was mistakes by trainees in the kitchen and the restaurant needed to just find a way to get rid of them. Half melted, falling apart. I have had the tiramisu at Eataly before and the non-complimentary version was much better done. We took 2 bites out of it and left it.

We took our friends to Eataly at the Shops at Don Mills for lunch, and one guest was in a wheelchair. We appreciate that the table was set for our guests who needed the accommodation when we arrived. Everything was delicious and was served on pretty Italian plates. I'm impressed! Our server, Lesia, was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor. She made sure we all had what we needed. She made our dining experience great with her attention to all the little things. The atmosphere of the restaurant was comfortable, modern, and stylish. For guests with disabilities, they have a family washroom in the restaurant. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

Everything was expect except they were out of a number of wines. I like Wine with my dinner.

Was a very lovely evening. Everything was good. I would’ve preferred more selection for beer. Potatoes were a little undercooked, but everything else was fantastic.

Great food and service, the holiday lights were up and the restaurant had a great holiday vibe. We really enjoyed the food and our waitress Ella was very attentive. We will definitely be back.
