The food, drinks, and service were all 10/10. Our server Masih was incredible. Will be returning!!

Food has always been excellent.. If not for that, we wouldn’t continue to return. It’s known and accepted that the restaurant design is relatively minimalist, stark, loud, and bland being a “market” concept, but the food and, in most cases, the service, makes up for it. The last 3 times we were here, we were rushed through service and constantly reminded that we have to place all of our multi course orders in by 8:45pm as the kitchen closes. Hard to do when you have an 8 or 8:30pm reservation and plan on ordering 3 to 4 courses plus cocktail, wine, and digestivo - this business model just doesn’t work for dinner service. To make matters worse, the last two times we asked to leave the Restuarant as they wanted to go home at 10:30pm - several tables including ours still there with food/drink. This last time, a very rude lady with unacceptable tone told us we had to leave the restaurant now as they are closing - we still had our digestivo and other people in the same position. We complied, but I think our love affair with Eataly Don Mills (and Sherway) is over. It’s a shame as this one is close to home - Manulife it will be, but much less often. Sherway Experience: Last week in a dinner meeting with 2 suppliers of Eataly, we experienced non existent service in an empty Restuarant. We were seated, given 1/2 glass of water, then the server retreated to a huddle with other servers to “chat”. After 20 mins, my client finally waved down our server as we wanted to order but he just put up his hand and disappeared. 15 more mins later we flagged down another person who said she would find our server who finally came back another 10 mins later with a young lady who would now be our new server - she was great !, but he shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry - unacceptable ! Sorry Eataly - maybe take some lessons from Joeys, Earls, and Cactus Club on how to execute a new restaurant - they don’t open the doors unless food and, especially the service, are perfect.

We had a reservation for lunch in the restaurant. Everything was delicious and we appreciated the table service. Will be back.

We had a great time yesterday at Eataly restaurant ., the food was very fresh and very delicious.. Sam served us and we are pleased with her services.. she was very polite and nice person.. even the service of the good was very fast.. I had tiramisu and one of the best I ever had.. overall our experience in Eataly was amazing.. we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family..

Because they are pretty new on this location they do ot have the full menu as the Toronto location but still a very nice place. Good food, service and environment.
