We had a reservation for lunch in the restaurant. Everything was delicious and we appreciated the table service. Will be back.

We had a great time yesterday at Eataly restaurant ., the food was very fresh and very delicious.. Sam served us and we are pleased with her services.. she was very polite and nice person.. even the service of the good was very fast.. I had tiramisu and one of the best I ever had.. overall our experience in Eataly was amazing.. we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family..

Because they are pretty new on this location they do ot have the full menu as the Toronto location but still a very nice place. Good food, service and environment.

The food at Eataly Don Mills was great, although warning should be given by the server regarding spicy food. The service was acceptable. Unfortunately, my 16-year-old daughter and I were placed beside 2 overactive children, in a corner beside the bar and a garbage can. We had even made reservations ahead-of-time, we were not walk-in customers. Very disappointing...

Eataly has a nice ambience. The greeter seemed like she was in a rush and wasn’t giving greeter energy (somebody who is more outgoing should be at the front). Our server was nice, but had asked us if we wanted cheese, chili flakes or olive oil after we received our meal, so we said we wanted chili flakes and the cheese. She said she would be right back, but never returned with our extra cheese and chili flakes. Consequently, we had finished our pasta and when she came to collect the plates, it was evident that she forgot about the cheese and chili flakes. Overall, service could be better. I haven’t been to the Toronto downtown location, but have heard that this location does not compare to the original Toronto location, so this review is not true for all Eataly locations.

The food was very mediocre. For the price u pay. I expected a lot more. The service also was not great at all. Don’t think the waiter deserves what I had tipped him. I ordered a steak and he didn’t even ask me how I wanted the steak cooked. I actually had to tell him. The tagliatelle bolognese was such a small portion and barely any meat for the price you pay for that dish. I would probably never go again. Maybe just to shop in the grocery part of it but I would never eat there again. First and last!

The food was absolutely delicious - caprese, suppli were excellent starters and the pasta mains were a standout. Disappointed that they ran out of pappardelle noodles, but tagliatelle was a good substitute. Only down side was limited service from our server - we had to call her over for any attention during the meal.
