Leisha was friendly funny and overall a wonderul server. We enjoyed the prix fixe with upgrades on app and main. Campari Sour was amazing. Pasta tasted so good and fresh pasta was used. I've dined at Yorkville restaurants many times and I must say Don Mills is more spacious and has a nice family vibe.

Eataly at the Shops at Don Mills is the smallest of the three Toronto locations I’ve been to (including Bloor St. and Sherway Gardens), but it has a unique charm that makes it just as enjoyable. This cozy location makes the dining experience feel more intimate, and I loved the vibe. We had dinner here as a group of five, and everyone genuinely enjoyed their meals. We each ordered different dishes, including a variety of appetizers, and everything was flavorful and well-prepared. The quality of ingredients and attention to detail in the dishes were spot on, capturing the authentic Italian flavors Eataly is known for. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth a visit—thumbs up!

We made a birthday lunch reservation for our party and it was great! We tried the fried calamari, zucca and kale salad for appetizers; and fettuccini, gnocci, and funghi pizza. Everything tasted amazing! The service we received was great and had timely check-ins throughout our meal. We even had a small surprising treat to celebrate one of our birthday's! I would recommend this Eataly location and will be happy to visit again with my family and friends.

My Zucca pizza tasted good but the crust was soft a soggy. I had to use a knife and fork. Not the way to eat pizza. The server was excellent and the meal was served quickly.

Had a reservation for 7:15, arrived 10 mi s prior, weren't seated until 7:45. This was unacceptable reservation management. The place was chaotic with people upset with the length of wait, They offered a glass of free Prosecco to compensate but half our party do not drink. Plus Joey's offers free Prosecco routinely. Food was meh, for thick pasta and underwhelming flavour. Tiramisu that melted on a hot plate? The wait staff was moody and not happy to be there.

I do not recommend Eataly Don Mills for brunch food. By noon they were out of the mini cornetto and the benedettine sauce was thick and hard, as if it had been sitting for hours, and the spinach was a soggy blob. My cappuccino was served in an espresso cup, as was my friend's Americano. The server and wait staff didn't seem to care, rather they were full of forced smiles and expectations for a 20% tip.

I was expecting an authentic Italian cuisine but it was so basic and had no taste. The presentation wasn’t that great either, but the service was very good and the waiter was very attentive.

Market section is nice! Restaurant experience was underwhelming compared to downtown locations. Service really lacking.
