Amazing food and amazing service. Thank you Massi for your hospitality. We definitely want to visit Eataly Don Mills more often. I highly recommend the Calzone Pizza!

The menu looked so great however the food was a disappointment. Rice balls and chick pea fritters were so dry. The meal i ordered appeared to have more bread than actual filling in it, and the tomato sauce on the ravioli tasted canned. The scallops were tasty and the wine was good. After visiting the downtown location was very much looking forward to trying the Don Mills location but sadly we were extremely underwhelmed.

I had a really good time at Eataly. The service was solid, and our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. I tried the Massese pizza, and it had a great crust with a nice balance of flavors – definitely hit the spot. My guest ordered the gnocchi, which was tasty as well. Overall, everything was well done, and I’ll definitely be coming back for sure!

The food is always of good quality here, along with substantial portion sizes. Our server Ella was spectacular. Her energy and amazing personality really was a breath of fresh air and you could tell she enjoyed her job. She was very knowledgeable and provided suggestions when we asked.

Food was average for the price point. The restaurant is nice and the service was excellent.

The place was not as expected due to the big hype from when they opened the Bloor location. We had a late dinner and half of the items we ordered were sold out, for example the focaccia, lassagna, tiramisu. So we had to do a last minute change on our meal. The pizzas were very soggy in the middle that become very gummy. Price, like today standard high for the quality. Service was ok, but very slow to take our order. In general, an ok restaurant. Not plan to return…

Out of bread (yes seriously) which impacts other menu items but the server didn’t notify us. Kept having to change our order. Slow service. Disappointing compared to other Eataly experiences.
