Everything is fried. Nothing you'd find in Italy. Poor quality. I think they're in business because the price matches the quality.

Very disappointed: the worst pizza I ever had + the Ceasar salad was smothered in the dressing and the salad leaves were soggy

Group of 6 gals for lunch. We all had the soup, salad, bread special. Everyone very happy with the meal. Our server (Kailie?) was awesome.

Service was slow. They served my wine in a dirty glass, the starters came at random times for our group. They didn’t have any non-alcoholic beer which is quite common for people to ask for nowadays. I had noted that it was a birthday dinner upon booking and we still had to ask for the extra celebration because our request was missed. Pricing also does not match the quality of food. $24 for a very bland chicken Alfredo dish and my husbands calzone was 50% crust barely any filling. Definitely not my first choice, but the birthday girl wanted ESM. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Waitress was awesome. Food was delicious and fast. Was a little loud but expected when it's busy. Will be back.

I go to ESM often for both personal and casual business lunches. Food is always consistently good and staff very pleasant.

Food was fantastic fresh and tasted great, our server was amazing- went above and beyond to make our experience awesome even after he burnt his had and still continued to serve our party of 7. We hadn’t been to East Sides in years (noticed the food quality had decreased and prices gone up) but we noticed a huge difference in food quality and service yesterday! Great job East Sides.

It was very hot in the restaurant, it was 39° outside. It did make dinner a bit uncomfortable. Besides that and the bread coming out after a while of being seated, service was great for it being busy, all our food accommodations were met and our meals were delicious!
