    It was very hot in the restaurant, it was 39° outside. It did make dinner a bit uncomfortable. Besides that and the bread coming out after a while of being seated, service was great for it being busy, all our food accommodations were met and our meals were delicious!

    Staff is working hard but the place, tables, chairs & menus are filthy. Food quality used to be better.

    We had a reservation and still had to wait. Server was terrible. Didn't listen. Abandoned us and we were trying to get anyone's attention for help. Waited a long time for our orders. It was my grand daughters 10th birthday which I noted in the reservation. They came and brought her a chocolate brownie with ice cream and sauce. She went to eat it and there was a long hair in it. Happy birthday. Again trying to find our server and couldn't so I went to the hostess to complain. There were many empty tables full of dirty dishes that were not cleared and there were many staff doing nothing. This used to be our hotspot when my grand daughter visits but we will not go back. The service used to be great and it was very organized. We can't justify going back. We all work hard for our money and we are extremely disappointed. There were 6 of us and everyone at the table said they won't go back. The hostess did say sorry. The bills were about $400.00 in total and it wasn't worth it not even close.

    Table was sticky. Needed Parmesan, which came to late. Leave it in the table.

    wife food was sitting in the kitchen after all of us got served and brought to the table that you could tell that it was under the heat lamp way too long have to take it back very disappointing My food came cold. Only thing warm with the pasta on a trio. Combo was not a good experience.

    The salad wasn’t that good. Small portions and all of the dressing was on the bottom. Our waitress didn’t come up during our meal and ask how our meal one. For our salads she didn’t ask us if we wanted cheese on them.

    We made a reservation for a birthday celebration. We arrived on time, got to our booth. Waited 11 minutes before a server approached, she wasn't there to help, she stated she would be back after she dropped off a plate she had for another table. She then proceeded to take orders for a table of 8, went back to the machine to key in orders, got cheese for another table, asked if anyone needed anything else, went back to the machine, approached another table to see how everything was going, then disappeared. We sat without a drink order or any service for 24 minutes. We left.

    Overall the food was really tasty and the main's portion size was generous but the dessert portion was very small.

    We were celebrating our son's 20th birthday and everyone had a great time. Delicious food and great ambiance! Will definitely go back!
