   Seated at 5 pm...waited 20 minutess b-4 waitress approached us. took our orders, never wrote a thing down....startd to bring the drinks....wrong..... charged for refills on Pepsi...Food was brought out but not all at once....So, once the last person was served, the first meals were cold and when we paid she never gave us our scratch cards.. .had to ask for them....

   We had no choice to leave because we had a stroller and they asked us to bring it at our car. But we refused because our newborn had to be in…. So we left and went to an other restaurant

   Food was delicious and for sure a busy evening due to Valentine's but we believe everyone did an amazing job and our food didn't suffer. Our server Zoe, we had on a couple occasions recently is a wonderful person. Attentive and funny.

   It took probably 3-4 mins ti actually be seated and then i dont think anyone came over to take our drink order for about 15 or so mins. Then we finally ordered our drinks and our food since we had been waiting so long. The food was fine although our order came out wrong so we had to send it back but our server was really great about the whole thing which was nice. We overall felt very neglected as customers and the serving robot kept blaring happy birthday while it was going around the restaurant (it was after it did it for a childs birthday) so that was really annoying as well

   The food at this location has decreased in value over the years. I get chicken parm every time and lately the breading is blackened (old oil or cooked too long) and the spaghetti it comes with is chewy and sauce is runny and a bit tasteless. My daughter always gets the chicken Alfredo. Last few times it was very bland and watery. Last night, it only came with 4 measly pieces of bite sized chicken and I had to pour the watery liquid from her plate. She ended up sick in the washroom all night afterwards. We ordered mozzarella sticks to start and 5 out of 8 sticks had no cheese! Was a hollow deep fried shell. Extremely disappointed in the last few visits. Our server was great, but the atmosphere is very loud in there. The music was completely unrelated to an Italian restaurant and wasn’t pleasant either. They took out the check in desk when you arrive and there is no “wait here” signage or stanchions to separate those crowding the door waiting for a seat and those wanting to leave the restaurant. I’ll never go back. For my hard earned money, I won’t be spending it here anymore at $25 a plate.

   Usually I have good experiences. But tonight was not. The food was overcooked. The service wasn't great. And the drinks were basically watered down. The only reason it got the stars it did was because like I said, it is usually not that bad… rough night maybe?

    We waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by our waiter. He was friendly and did apologize. The food was delicious. The noise level was awful. Between loud talkers, crying babies we couldn’t hear each other talk. We were happy with our food but even happier to get out of there.
