    Listen, East Side Mario’s is amazing. It was the perfect place for my family to celebrate my 6-year-old niece’s birthday before we went to the movie theatre next door. This was my first time eating there. What great value! Limitless salad and soup??? Wow. The staff were so friendly too. They brought out two desserts for my niece, and we all enjoyed our pasta dishes. It’s obviously not Michelin level, but you can’t beat the value. And in this economy…. That’s worth 5 stars.

    caesar salad made with iceberg lettuce not romaine, dressing lacked flavour , very diluted, tasted like wet lettuce my entree only had one spear of chicken- Ametricanna had to remind server that we did not receive our drinks and had to ask for cheese for our meals

    Had to wait to be seated at 530 restaurant was empty. Lack of staff reason for the wait. Service was slow and inattentive. We ordered the Thursday special Dinner for 2 for $50. Our wait staff did not know the details. We had to explain to them. Bread and salad were typical and taste was ok. Bada boomers kind of a let down. Fried pizza dough and a side of sauce. Dough was soggy and greasy. My husband had the chicken parm pasta was fine but chicken was this over cooked and chewy. I had the chicken tetrazzini chicken was not good some peices were crunchy and over cooked. Pasta was greasy. The mini desserts were also a letdown. Overly sweet and dry cake. Overall a reminder why we haven’t been to Eastside Mario’s in a while and we won’t be returning anytime soon.

    We had a great time at East Side Marios. Food was good, portion was big, and seats were comfortable. Kiera was our server and she was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

    Had an early dinner so the restaurant wasn't full. Server was nice and brought drinks and bread to start as we waited for the rest of the party. When everyone had arrived and orders were taken, the food came out hot and fresh. Salads were well made with enough dressing and soup was hot. Small downside was some of the food came out too hot. The Calamari Al Diavolo came on a sizzling plate that was too hot. Ended up slashing hot oil on the table and onto a guest and some pieces on the bottom were slightly burnt (would have been more burnt if we didn't immediately mix the food). There was also some pasta that was slight dried out. Overall though, the service was great and food was good. We would definitely return.

    Service was extremely slow (drinks and food). Four kids were finished eating before my husband’s lasagna came to the table. Waitress forgot to offer the kids their dessert. When I booked, it was mentioned that we were celebrating my son’s birthday, however there was no reference to it by the waitress. Not sure if the restaurant sings happy birthday or not but this didn’t happen.
