    Went here for anniversary dinner. Never been here before and it was fantastic. Bianca was our waitress and she was amazing and on the ball. We never had to wait on any part of food or drinks. The food was fabulous we are looking forward to going back so many options to try! Highly recommend

    Dont get wrong I like Eastside and will continue to visit. However it appears that changes were made since last attending and not really for the better. Alot of the seating, the tables dont move which for a person like me who is non skinny it doesnt work tbe greatest not only that with my disability it makes for a miserable night ahead. As far as food goes, it is good still however it appears especially in such dishes as the " Spaghetti & Meatballs" the portion they serve has been drastically cut while the price stays the same. In my opinion it really isnt worth the $22 cost they charge. If you're going to cut portion at least cut the price to match it. They used to have what they called " Gigantico Spaghetti &Meatballs but that was taken off the menu long ago.

    The service was lacking - they finally brought the bread and salad right before the meals arrived. No checking in on us or bringing additional bread/salad or refill on drinks. Took a long time to get take out boxes - I had to get up and find someone. They adequately adjusted the bill to account for the terrible service (I had flagged the manager down during the meal for more bread and they didn’t even bring it when she put in the request, which she was embarrassed about), but I would have preferred paying full fare and had a nice meal with the family.

    We have attended this restaurant many times. This was our first terrible experience with an absolutely rude waitress. The service was horrible and she would more then likely be a reason for us not to return to this restaurant

    The bread is awesome and the all-you-can-eat salad/soup is a great value added to the meal

    Been a few years since we had been at this restaurant and the food was pretty good. Service was very professional and the robot delivery system of food to the table was pretty cool. Food was served hot and the servers were always checking in on us. The only issue I had was that the washrooms were extremely in need of service. Not just cleaning and stocking up but also repair and replacement of tiles, stall door locks and more. Was a very big turn off.

    Great food and service. Plus they finally got Dr Pepper which is a major bonus even if it was a accidental order.
