Gotta say that the new Foodbot is pretty awesome - even if we didn't get our food delivered by it. Overall the food was great, but as usual, my drink was wrong and I had to ask and explain again what I was looking for. The staff always say that they forget that drink exists on their menu or that the buttons are too close together that causes the issues. I understand that mistakes happen, but there's no way that I'm the only one order that drink ever. The Calzones that we ordered were so tasty and really fresh! The food is always great!

We ordered our soup and salads they took forever to get to our table. The waitress asked if we wanted more soup and salads we all said yes and never received them. My entre tasted burnt was not enjoyable.

East Side Mario’s is fast becoming our family’s favourite place to have their birthday dinner! The staff is friendly and attentive, service is quick and the meals arrived hot and delicious.

It was good overall but very rushed. We were barely served our first loaf of bread and our salad and then our entrees arrived less than a minute later. Our entrees had to sit until we ate our salad and bread.

It was a good date with my girlfriend however we got stuck at a table for 4 in the middle of the dining room for our aniversary I kind of wish they put more thought or consideration into our spot during seating however I did not want to be a disturbance. They also were turning away guests at the door but had many tables open however not bussed I would say the service and food were adequate even slightly above however the courtesy shown by the resturants hosting team was not very great
