Our server was not the greatest and we were there for my son's 11th birthday. They kept forgetting things and were rushing us to leave. He gave two people the wrong meal and when he put down the cake he forgot cuttlery and plates. He also didn't know whose birthday it was. He just was extremely forgetful and just not a good experience.

We waited 2 hours for our food - ended up leaving and they brought our food in a bag as I was literally putting coat on. It was busy. But it took 30mins for a drink and 1.5hrs for them to bring the salad. Regardless, that's not acceptable. My kids food must have been sitting because it was luke warm at best when it came out. Manager did try to rectify the situation which I was grateful for you but even still...ruined our night.

Exceptional service and the food was delicious. Even on a busy night our server was attentive and personable. We had a large group of 11 people and he engaged with every single person at the table. 10/10

Was seated before 2 tables beside us and ordered. The other tables got there food before us we waited 30ish min to even get food as we watched everyone eat around us. Then the spaghetti bolognese was dry no sauce with burnt meatballs we paid extra for. Spent alot of time waiting for food that was just warm and not great. I love the whitby location but will not return to the Oshawa one.

Our server was a very good- food was mostly good . We enjoyed the robot lol! Music was a bit too loud for seniors to hear each other talk!

This was to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was supposed to be a special dinner, It was not. The service was horrible. The food was disappointing, including burnt pizza and cold, dry pasta. Overall, extremely disappointing. I will never go back.

Our server was phenomenal! The food was good. Service was relatively quick. My son stated that it was the best pizza he had ever eaten. He also really enjoyed the singing, as it was his birthday. A nice touch. Overall a pleasant experience.
