                    It was a lovely evening at East Side Marios. The food was delicious and the server was very effective and efficient. She continued to check in regularly which was very much appreciated.

                    Great food, our server was fantastic. We had a large party but the server was very attentive and food came out promptly. Only negative that I can think of was that it was pretty loud in the restaurant, which made it difficult to hear the people I was sitting with.

                    We had a wonderful meal with family celebrating our daughter’s birthday and our experience was delightful! Our server was so friendly and went above and beyond - it was a great time enjoyed by all!

                    Food was great as always! Our server was the absolute worse I've ever seen and I've been to alot of restaurants. She clearly had an attitude problem..it was my daughter's 4th birthday and she loves east side marios so I wanted to make her birthday special...but I had to be asking her if she was going to honor my request that I put on the reservation a week in advance. Whenever I asked a question, she clearly seemed annoyed. I was going to request a different server but my husband discouraged me from causing a scene. She didn't have a name tag but tall girl with low hair cut and multiple piercings. My dear, find somewhere else to work because being on the front of this business ain't for you!!!

                    We had a wonderful supper with family, it was my daughter's Birthday. The server was awesome and attentive. We had our food served with the help of the robot and when it came for dessert, the food robot sang Happy Birthday! A great experience.

                    We used to go to ESM all the time back in the early 2000’s on dates and then we started bringing our kids there later on. We hadn’t been there together for probably 4-5 years. We ordered what we loved and used to order all the time; the primavera spaghetti. It’s not even spaghettini anymore…just regular spaghetti. The pasta was nearly crunchy-too firm and it was pretty salty. The goat cheese is not a good addition. The only veggies in it were mushrooms and peppers and a few bits of tomato. The salad comes in these little bowls now. That is a serious drag. Also, the bread was very different. Pretty dry and no garlic taste. My husband ordered chicken parm to take home and we were both shocked at how thin the breaded chicken was. It also lacked flavor. Is this because of cutbacks and inflation? If so; that’s a real shame. It wasn’t a great experience for us at all and it cost almost $80. We went there for old times sake and we were out on a date for the first time in years so it was disappointing. Sadly, I don’t think we will be returning.

                    Our visit was for my mother’s birthday supper, there were 8 of us, our server took great care of all of us, food was delicious as always! I gave 4 stars for food because my husband did tell me part of his meal was served to him rather cool (he had the sampler plate and the pasta wasn’t as warm as the rest of the plate, but he still ate it and said it was still good), also two people got the garden salad to start and they said it wasn’t as good as usual. My Italian wedding soup was delicious, the bread and Caesar salad everyone enjoyed, we had 2 kids with us and they got their meals right away after we told our server they were really hungry, they both really enjoyed their meals too! Everyone enjoyed their meals as well.
