    We got there before it got too busy, and server took our order quickly so it could get to kitchen before the rush. Service was great, food was excellent.

    Service was bad. We had to look for the waitress when we needed something. She was never ahead on the needs like water or salad. The pasta was not al dente but not cooked. Hardly any sauce on the spaghetti. The restaurant is nice and lots of light I would not recommend at all.

    Fettuccini Alfredo was lukewarm at best. Lasagna was flatter than my chicken parm, which was slightly overcooked. Service was good and liked being able to reserve ahead of time.

    We ordered the veal parm and the chicken parm. Both were way overcooked (extra crispy) and the "mystery meat" inside was only 1/4 inch thick and had to be cut with a steak knife. The warm loaf of bread was amazing. I decided to skip the spaghetti and replaced it with caesar salad. The caesar salad had way too much dressing (I couldn't finish it). The waitress offered us a dessert free of charge. I chose a chocolate mousse cup. Small, two inch diameter in size. Overall our anniversary meal was a bust. Never going back to East Side Mario's.

    I asked for a high chair noone brought it. I also said we went for Mother's day and the Sat me beside the kitchen. My view was the kitchen. Noone asked me if I wanted another soup. It was all you can eat. I gave a good tip but shouldn't have.
