    We had the all you can eat pasta, salad, and bread, which is a Wednesday special - for $19.99 plus we each had to order a drink. I think it's good value, and one serving of each was more than enough for my wife and I.

    We were late to be seated for our reservation as I believed we were missed once we checked in and others got seated. We were offered a free appetizer which was a kind gesture.

    Food was good, although our waitress was either new or in over her head. Our drink ordered sat on the bar to the right of us for a while before she remembered to bring it over. We were served our bread but no Cutlery or napkins until the bread was gone.. We waited a long time to get our meals that groups of ppl arriving after us were receiving their food and even finishing it before we had even received ours. The waitress came to our table after already way too long for food and told my husband that someone stole his dish and they were making him a new one and that mine and my daughters orders were ready. My husband told the waitress to bring us our food so it wasn't cold but she didn't, she waited and brought all of our food once my husbands dish was ready. Mine and my daughters food clearly sat under a heat lamp and although we still enjoyed it, it was not the hot food and on-the-ball customer service we're use to getting when coming to ESM. While I'll certainly be back as it's my favorite place to eat, I'm disappointed with the $120 we spent for less than average service.

    The waiter seemed very unorganized, and was slow. He didn’t check on us while we were eating.

    Service level seems to be getting worse every time we go. We were at our booth for 10 mins before a server even stopped by. When our food arrived, you could tell it had been sitting on the ledge for a bit as non of our meals were hot. The manager seems lost and the place is either under staffed or the staff they have need better training.

    East Side Marios is one of my absolute favorite places to eat! My recent visit on Jan. 3rd was perfect. I had a reservation so no long wait times. Our waitress was fantastic and our food was perfect, from the soups, salads, mozzarella sticks and pasta, no complaints, our party of 4 all had a pleasant experience and left with extra full bellies! Price is expensive but that's expected for good food, plus you can't eat out anywhere nowadays without it costing ya! Overall, we're very happy with our experience - 10 out 10, 5 stars, love this place!

    Christmas lunch with my sister at Eastside Fredericton. Lunch size spaghetti and meatballs with a side Caesar salad was delicious ! We shared mini trio desserts and they were all delicious too. Service was great. Experience overall was better than expected. I will be back.
