    Very good portion size. Hot food. Was disappointed in the last few visits at different locations but this visit was very good in New Market

    Our server, also the GM, in to help out on a busy evening, was lovely and attentive. Food was hot and tastey

    We had a great evening celebrating Mother’s Day. Our Server Amy was attentive and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back again. Enjoyed the drinks and the food. Our Grandkids had fun too.

    Our food was good, arrived hot and in a timely manner. Our server was lovely. Some of the ESM standards of service were not met. The food was expedited without fresh Parmesan cheese being offered, and we were not offered more bread after the initial loaf. Our table ended up very crowded with dishes, not having them cleared until we were leaving. The space was very crowded, despite making a reservation. The robotic server was more of a hindrance to staff than a help. It was awkward and not functioning properly.

    This was the first time we have brought our kids to a sit down restaurant. (Born during the COVID times). It was a great experience as the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, the ambience was excellent and not too dimly lit. Was perfect for the 4 of us. Food was great too and the price was fantastic for this day and age. A++ would dine again.

    Appetizers were great, soups were great, pasta was okay, dessert was great, service was great, price was even better.

    Food was GREAT! Service was outstanding! Even on a very busy night (Valentine's Day) the staff made sure we had everything we needed in a very timely manner. We will be going back!!

    We had a great dinner at East Side Mario's. The food was exceptional and hot! The service was also amazing. Our server, Stephanie was just new, but she took great care of us and we would be happy to have her be our server again. It was not noisy and we had a very enjoyable evening!
