    Our waitress was so sweet but truly one of the worst servers we’ve ever had. Still left a generous tip because she was so oblivious to the fact that she was so bad and she was at the very least nice. We were waiting for our salad refill (that we waited forever to ask for) when our mains came. We told them that we weren’t quite ready. Food came back 16 mins later barely warm. Clearly it was kept under the heat lamps. No dirty plates or empty glasses cleared until we stacked them all at the end of the table even when the manger brought a second drink that was ordered. She didn’t even take them. The restaurant was not busy. Overall it was a poor experience. It wasn’t the end of the world but disappointing. We won’t return.

    Made a reservation only to arrive and say they didn’t know I had a service dog so they don’t have a table for me. But there was no tables of any kind in the restaurant and it was clear they had forgotten the reservation. The service dog doesn’t need any special space or place, they are trained to tuck in wherever. There was a huge party that came before us, they didn’t have enough cups for drinks so we waited approx 35 mins for a drink then they brought them in some kids glasses, fine. We waited a total of 2 hours for food, which came out cold and salty. The server did the best they could but the Kitchen couldn’t keep up. Very poor planning on managements part to control the flow of the restaurant and in addition kept Skip the Dishes and Uber eats going while the rest of the restaurant sat without food. They took 20% off the bill and removed one dish that wasn’t eaten at all, but the whole experience for my 6 year olds birthday was ruined and she left in tears. So if you do make a reservation don’t count on them acknowledging or keeping it.

    Usually is good service and good food. I had a reservation which got us seated quickly but we were quite often forgotten about. Waited over an hour for our main food.

    This is the first time I had a bad experience with East side Marios. I’ve been here numerous times, we had a great time. But today, waitress with the glasses, she did an utter rude behaviour. First of all she had no interest in taking our order!! She is not even coming to our table to hear us. We called multiple times, she says will be there and wouldn’t show up. Served our pasta plain!! Didn’t care for cheese or side dishes. We had to ask for the sides of pasta which they serve usually. Don’t know what went wrong with her. Spoiled our mood.

    Waited for over 15 mins and nobody even came to take out drink order. We left. Not the first time we’ve had terrible service here but never again.

    We had reservations for 5:30 and were accommodated promptly. The experience went downhill from there. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. The food was not up to standards, my veal was greasy and overcooked. My wife’s pasta was undercooked. I felt sorry for our waiter who was trying his best, but the whole operation seemed to be poorly organized! It seems that take-out service takes precedence over table service. While this was Mothers Day, I would have thought that preparations would have been managed better. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience!

    It is a wonderful place to celebrate any occasion and our experience celebrating Mother's Day was fantastic. As a grandmother I so appreciated seeing so many families present. The staff were so friendly and so very very busy attending to each individual family. I was extremely impressed with our waitress. I have to admit my family was demanding and I have to say i would have thrown a bowl of salad at them. But not this lady. She attended to their every whim. So a huge thank you to her; she was pleasant throughout the entire "ordeal" God bless her, efficient and respectful. The gentleman who glided from table to table attending to patrons requests and helping staff with drinks food etc I'm assuming was the manager. He was equally as fantastic. For a packed house and coping with fewer staff I bow to all. My overall experience was simply awesome. My friend and I go to this East Side Mario at least once a month and our experience is always great. And the food is "second to none". A sincere thank you to all.
