The food was tasty and the service was fine. The portions were way too small for the price. They used frozen corn in a few dishes— that was shocking considering it is summer and corn was so cheap! For all of the reviews, it was OK, doubt I will go back again

Consider putting a couple of ant traps down in the porch near the windows. All over the wall and all over the table while we were eating.

My boyfriend and I came here last night - 7/20 for date night and we LOVED it. I love that as a seafood restaurant their menu is versatile and has a little bit of everything including sushi which was the main reason we went. The overall experience was exceptional but the best part of our experience was when they dimmed the lights and lit the candle at our table and it set a whole different romantic mood for us. I’ll definitely be coming back and it’s at the top of my list for seafood restaurants to go to..

This was a horrible waste of time & money. Had reservation & the server was slow to take orders and barely checked in on us. Food took over an hour to come out. Table down from us sat down after us and left before we ever got our food. Needless to say I did not tip well & It was clear I made the right decision to not tip well. When we left I looked in on the kitchen only to see our server and 2 others plus kitchen staff just standing there joking around. Horrible service and lack or caring. Better off going to Burtons up the street.

Divine, delightful, and delicious - East Coast on Cary St. is all that you want from a well-managed restaurant with a strong, thoughtful staff, executive chef, and kitchen creativity. The server's patience (thank you, Justin) with the inquisitive guest is commendable. Justin made the food taste that much better by being present and pleasant. From the sushi appetizers, to the Kale Caesar, into the lobster risotto and all the other seafood dishes, each was prepared perfectly. Huge portions without a huge cost. Concise but complete wine list gave us a good choice to pair with it all. Thank you for making our evening memorable.

My wife and I had a great evening at East Coast provisions. The host was accommodating when we asked our that our table be relocated. Our server(s) were also very nice and informative. Highlight of the evening was desert. We enjoyed the chocolate lava cake with chocolate gelato. Recommend and would return for business.
