This afternoon tea experience features a fixed price menu that includes savory canapés, finger sandwiches, and asian-inspired pâtisserie. Premium teas or coffee included. Please select from standard, gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian ticket when making reservations. Day-of allergy accommodations cannot be made; these must be pre-ordered in advance. We waited one hour for Service after three attempts to ask our hostess and server why we were waiting so long to be served. I had asked four guests to join me. I was so embarrassed, frustrated and disappointed. I will not be going back

The restaurant made a mistake with my reservation. It took 30 minutes to set it right while we waited with 3 kids under 8 and my 92 year old mother who uses a walker. It took 45 minutes to get our food. Our waiter worked hard but service was very slow. Not sure we will do this again

We were very happy as usual with the food and service! We are very unhappy that we paid $75, and it is now selling for $45.

I intended to have a reservation in the NCMA Cafe, it was confusing that this came up at all. We were turned away in the real restsurant. So we ended up eating those awful premade squished cold sandwiches. Terrible.

We have also ensured Opentable's reservation feature for East Cafe is turned off. Somehow it was turned on, which is what might have caused the confusion around the reservation. We hope you'll join us in our NCMA Cafe for lunch in the future!

We had a wonderful experience at the Fall tea! The food was excellent and you could tell every single item had been specially selected, including the tea choices. Service was excellent, the music and flowers were beautiful, and a lovely time was had by all. Looking forward to doing it again, as well as trying other events. Thank you!

The service (or lack thereof) killed it for me (and my guest). We were sat and waited over ten minutes to be acknowledged, while all the tables around us were helped. Then I had to ask for more water because our drinks, tea and food were plopped on the table and our server never returned. We asked for our check (for a la carte drinks) several times before it was presented and I felt like I was begging the server to take even more of my money. I paid $150 for tea, plus a 20% gratuity in advance for a server who barely showed up at the table, and left us for dead at the end of the meal. I guess if I knew I was guaranteed a $30 tip for crappy service, I would not bring my A Game to work either. But based on this experience, we will not be returning.

We attended the Autumn Tea event and were very impressed with the quality of the teas, food, and the service. The kitchen took great care to ensure that my husband’s gluten free order was safe and delicious. The service was friendly and professional. We’ll definitely return!
