    Celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel extra special. From the hostesses that warmly greeted us and sincerely acknowledged our milestone, to the outstanding wait staff (Dana in particular) the evening was perfect. We had the calamari, truffle mushroom risotto w/chicken and top sirloin steak…all of it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Top notch establishment, with options to share a sangria on their patio, catch the game in their bar/lounge or have a nice quiet dinner with a loved one. Earls definitely impressed us.

    Not sure if it was just today, maybe they were short staff.. our chicken was so dry and service was much slower than usual. Even the sticky toffee chocolate cake, which is usually so moist and drenched in sauce, was dry. We were disappointed this visit.

    Excellent lounge for 5 people birthday celebration, relaxed and friendly lounge with TVs for sports viewing. Latoya was an excellent server and the food and desserts were excellent.

    Osaru was amazing as a server and very thorough. My phone fell in a puddle walking into the mall and they gave me a bucket of rice and what do ya know my phone is good as new. I will be back

    Pros: food was delicious and served quickly. Got to reserve a table the night before. Cons: the noise level was very high: had to ask for the hockey game to be turned down so I can hear my friends. Washrooms: unkept, smelly and messy. Server: impatient, upset when alcoholic beverages were not ordered, standoffish and unpleasant. Wait staff: kept slamming plates on the table when serving food and not aware of the ingredients of the menu items as there were vegetarians in our table. Overall: I was disappointed and do not wish to spend my hard earned dollars in this establishment again.
