Arrived on time for the reservation however had to wait more than 10 minutes for table. The reason we were told is that we had requested a high top and the previous guests had just left so they were clearing/setting up the table. We could see the dirty table they referenced from the hostess stand. It had been that since we arrived. After asking 'how much longer' they began the cleanup process. HOWEVER, when we were finally seated, they placed us at a different high top. One that had been empty and set up the entire time!! Once seated our server abruptly came to the table, no introduction, no courtesy, just wanted the order and left. We never saw him again. As for the food, the Ahi Tuna Tatayki was good, a little too much ponzu and the mushrooms didn't serve any purpose, but overall good. Chicken lettuce wraps were also good but overpriced imo for the amount of chicken. Overall not a bad experience but not a good one either..very average

Great time as always. But what made this visit worthy of 5 stars was Denval, the manager. He made our visit super enjoyable and ensured we were taken care of. If you want to experience phenomenal customer service, always look out for Denval.

I booked a reservation here to celebrate for New Year’s Eve with my friends and family and we were all honestly pretty disappointed at the service. The server didn’t take our order for almost an hour, not once did she check on the table; we ordered sushi and the soy sauce and chopsticks weren’t brought to us until we had to specifically ask for them after 10 mins of waiting. Once we asked for the bill, it also did not come to us for like 20+ mins and when we asked what was wrong, the server told us it was something with the machines and we would have to wait another 10 mins…all this while we had fireworks to catch for the new year. The delay in the bill resulted in us actually missing the new years fireworks and the overall service was honestly terrible. it could be the rush of new years but regardless, our experience was very bad.

An overall excellent experience. Service was outstanding. Food was excellent, all five people in the group said their meal was both delicious and generously portioned. Very good value for money. A great choice for a meal out.

Server had no idea that brunch was available on Boxing Day, even though the website advertised it and there was a board outside the main doors. Finally, she checked with the manager.

Earls is our favourite restaurant, however this time, the service was pathetic (can’t find a stronger word than that). The waitress never bothered to check that the water jug was empty at our table right after we sat as we poured water in our glasses. She never bothered to see if it needs to be refilled and she kept hovering around but we couldn’t get her attention to get us water and then when we asked another waitress for water she vanished saying she will get us water in a moment but never brought it though we could see her chit chatting at another table long beyond taking her order. We would have sat at our table for +15 min just to get water and then finally I walked to a corner console where there were few water jugs to get water for my family myself. At the end when she came she didn’t bother to ask if we would like to have dessert and we had by that time had lost all patience to stay at the restaurant. A busy restaurant is not a reason to not check at the table to see what is required and an empty jug should be visible and be refilled even without asking for it.

Good experience today. Service was prompt. Restaurant was a few minutes late opening up at posted time of 11:30.
