    Was definitely expecting more from the food menu , that part was really weak , service was ok as well as the bar menu. Ok to go once but do the give an impression like i want to come back next time. Was expecting something more after watching many really nice reels and posts on social media about this restaurant

    The food and service was excellent. We had a five-year-old child with us and they had several options available. She had chicken fingers and fries and just loved it. They also had a booster seat for her. Highly recommend Earls.

    This is a very fun place where the staff are terrific. The food is on the "good" level, but not the "terrific" level. Needs to pick up its game a bit but we would certainly come back

    I read a review every time I eat at Earls, which is very often. Today was exceptional. From the greeting at the door being given a perfect table where it was a bit quieter and they even lowered the music for us. Our server Hanna was amazing. Her friendly nature and cheerful conversation even assistance with our ordering was truly the best I’ve received. I ordered a chicken stirfry with noodles and she suggested doing half chicken, half shrimp and both myself and my guest gladly ordered it. It was amazing. I can’t wait to order it again and then of course we had to try the pecan pie, which is the winter dessert taking us into the new year. It was amazing. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable lunch and I’ll definitely see you soon.

    Dinner for 3 on Wednesday evening (2 adults and a 4 year old). Overall, we had a decent time, but with some positives and negatives. Positives: - They have a new kids menu that is off menu. For the little one, we got chicken tenders and fries, which came with ketchup and plum sauce, for $10 and was pretty decent. We also asked if it could come out quickly and it did. - Upon request, the hostess provided coloured markers and printed a few colouring pages to occupy my son. - The wagyu beef oshi was better than expected as I could taste the smokiness from being torched. - The tablet for the bill and payment is a nice touch and an improvement over other point of sale devices. Negatives: - Music is quite loud in the restaurant (which is intentional and contributes to the vibe Earls is aiming for). However, my son complained that the music was too loud, so I rushed back to the condo to get his headphones. If you’re planning to bring young children for dinner, I would recommend headphones. - Wednesday is $5 off all steaks (as noted on the website and confirmed by our server). As such, my wife and I each ordered a steak dish. When the bill came, there was no $5 off the steaks. Unfortunately, when I paid the bill, I forgot about the promotion and I only realized after I had left the restaurant. Although my fault for not catching it on the bill, I shouldn’t have to and the restaurant should have charged me correctly. So, in essence, I was overcharged $10 plus tax and tip. - The prime sirloin is pretty mediocre (which is not unexpected given how it’s the cheapest steak). I probably wouldn’t order it again. - The salad is overly dressed. Not sure if they do dressing on the side, but I would recommend that.

    Earls has great deals on drinks and food. Cocktails are lovely and the food is very flavourful. Aside from that, for several servers/staff working - we were waiting a while on our server several times throughout our time. We would have ordered more but with no judgement on when we'd be seen, we ended our evening early.

    The lunch was very good - food; service; etc. The issue I actually have is with the Open Table app. You asked me to confirm my lunch via text. No need for that. Then while I was trying to log in to provide this comment, I had to verify with a text message code. Then I had to verify with a code sent to my email after that. Please make it easier to provide such feedback or I won't be doing so in the future.

    Just came in for drinks and snacks and our server was amazing, super friendly and funny. Drinks during happy hour after 9pm are also relatively affordable and taste amazing. Doesn't really get you drunk tho for some reason. Good place to go for an easy night out.
