    The lunch was very good - food; service; etc. The issue I actually have is with the Open Table app. You asked me to confirm my lunch via text. No need for that. Then while I was trying to log in to provide this comment, I had to verify with a text message code. Then I had to verify with a code sent to my email after that. Please make it easier to provide such feedback or I won't be doing so in the future.

    I’m gonna start with a good part. I write reviews every time I come my favourite restaurant you’re in my building. You’re my go to place and tonight I had guess in from New York. Resolution was handled well. They were given dessert and the manager took over the table. Here are the issues. First of all my guess came first and seated. I am there very often and I do not like to sit in the dining room. I booked the lounge. It was definitely on my reservation because that’s where I sit. I understand there’s noise both places, but the noise in the dining room from the kitchen is ridiculous we sat down and our reservation was at six in the kitchen. Staff was changing over and they did multiple screams for motivation. We are guests we can’t hear ourselves speak because of the screams coming from the kitchen. There were several screams because I called my server over and said to ask them to be quiet they work there. The manager came over comped dessert. I have no complaints about service or food but when somebody books the lounge you give them the lounge and don’t tell me it’s loud there too because it was nothing like tonight.

    Happy hour pricing is such a steal! The food was mid expected better flavour but was not horrible. Our waitress was super friendly and made us feel welcome

    Food quality was lower than expected: small portions and stale bread to start , our server was great and accommodating but the tablet they use is distracting.: would be more efficient to write order then punch it in. Screaming child beside us was no fault of the restaurant, just unfortunate for all of us around.
