We booked the patio winter experience, only to be told sorry no room when we arrived. That was it, done, you’re out of luck. It was a special lunch date with our grand daughters. HUGE disappointment. It only got worse. I ordered a salad with salmon, only to be told oh sorry, no salmon, no chicken, no ribs, no pizza, no this no that. Why weren’t we told this when seated? Every table took forever to order as patrons had to scramble to come up with other options. Kelly our server was great but the problem was bigger than she could deal with. All the food took forever to come out and it was mostly (ice) cold. We had to remind Kelly that we ordered a bottle of wine. Had to ask passerby staff for our free dessert. Horrible horrible experience. We should have stayed in Richmond and went to Lansdowne. 24 hours later I’m still so bothered and disappointed you ruined what should have been a special afternoon.

First time eating Brunch at Earls and our group enjoyed it better than imagined. Josh, our server, was extremely friendly and very on top of things - Kudos Josh! The Winter Lounge is the best patio in Yaletown, hands down. The only improvement could be The Chorizo Hash portion - felt too small. But the taste was out of this world, hats off to the incredible back of house team!

Food was fine, table service fine, festive atmosphere. Timing for our table delayed by 15 mins. Seemed very disorganized, and hostess did not manage or organize well, even though there were 4 working the front. Disappointing.

Super cute holiday decor and great cocktails. The aburi salmon sushi press was amazing and the passion fruit martini was also memorable.

I absolutelly loved the food, delicious steaks and also deserts. Service was excellent too. But we were sitting on the terrace and it was cold. It would be great if you can turn the heaters up because even with a blanket I felt cold.
