    Our party of six go to this Earls every Christmas time,it's our tradition. We like the half off bottle of wines on Tuesdays . Our server was going off shift, we all paid our bills average payment for each of us was $100. After we paid no one, not one server came back to our table to ask us if we required anything else, we were wanting to order more wine. We were hugely disappointed, I did mention this to the hostess as we left to another establishment. The many other times we get together there through out the year, we have not encountered any issues.

    Came especially for the Winter Wonderland at Earls Yaletown, but the heaters were broken and it was freezing!! They had blankets but our food would be cold within seconds. We could’ve rescheduled for a day the heaters would work again. They accommodated us quickly for a table inside, but that just has a more casual feel with loud noise and hockey on tv screens everywhere (why??). Disappointed, was supposed to be a special Holiday celebration. Food was great as always

    Great location and ambience inside, food is great although a little pricey. Almost $40 for a beer and burger before tax. Service was just okay. Our server was nice and friendly but seemed to be working a section by herself and helping others in other sections when our section wasn’t full. Granted it’s the holiday season and there were a couple of corporate events happening from what we could tell, but it took a while for our server to come by and clear our plates and to take our last food request of our visit. Overall, nice spot with good food but it’s a little pricey and the service can feel sporadic.

    Came in at 5:35 for my 5:45 reso for a quick bite and drink before the Canucks game. Table wasn't ready yet, which was okay, so I went to the bathroom. Go into the bathroom, 2/3 stalls did not have toilet paper in them, as I was walking in, another girl went out to tell someone about the toilet paper. She comes back in and we're both waiting, no one is showing up. So she goes into the bathroom and I leave to go tell someone else about the toilet paper, who then tells someone else, who then finally grabs some. Line in the bathroom at this point, but make it back to the hostess stand at 5:44, where my coworker is. He tells me he spoke to the hostess and she's grabbing our table. We wait until 5:50, no one is getting us to a table. I go to the hostess stand and wait till they speak to 3 other people before getting to me. Finally talk to them and they forgot about us but ended up grabbing a table immediately for us at least. When we're finally seated, a server comes up and asks us if we can move. So we agree and go to a different table where she tells us she'll be right back. Doesn't show for at least 5 min. At this point it's 10 past 6 and we haven't even been asked what we want for drinks after our redo started 25 mins ago. Finally order, three cocktails and two dishes. We're eating and drinking quickly to leave for the game at 7. My coworker notices a hair on one of his chicken tenders but we don't see the server again for a while so just leave it be, really lost our confidence in getting anything rectified quickly at this point so we just paid and left. Pretty poor experience

    We were in Vancouver for the Eras Tour, and we were really impressed by how they went all out for people who were visiting for the concert. They had a themed menu, and every single person there was so kind, awesome, and friendly. I can’t eat dairy and they were so cool about checking the ingredients on everything I was thinking about ordering. And the food was outstanding. I’m from Los Angeles, and it was a nice change to have your server not seem annoyed by my food sensitivity. The ambience was amazing too.
