Our experience was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and Nor did an amazing job. We’re all happy, the baby is happy, the hubby is happy, and our tummies are full. Thank you so much for a wonderful New Year’s Eve dinner and the surprise birthday card! Everything was worth every penny we spent. The last time we went here was our anniversary, and we can’t wait to come back again! Thank you everyone! Happy New Year!

We were 7 for brunch, and everyone had something different to eat, and everyone raved about their choice. However, the crabcake took first place. Great brunch allaround.

We always enjoy Earl’s. It’s in a great location, very convenient to all the amenities of downtown Victoria. Great ambience, nice staff and fabulous food. I loved my steak!!!! Thanks.

I had lunch at Earls today with my friend. A few times we mentioned how good the service was. It started off with a young man named Maguire that seated us, made sure we were happy with the table he gave us, and explained the menu to us. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Food was ready quickly and we both were very happy with our meals. Drinks from the bar were very tasty and nicely presented. Great dining experience from beginning to end.

Earls has a great atmosphere, the lighting is good and the noise/music level is low so you can have conversations with the people at your table and hear the staff! We were treated very well and since we were celebrating a birthday, there were deserts for the table at the end. It was very lovely! Heather took excellent care of us. thanks!

We had a very good waiter but he was completely overwhelmed with back to back large groups of around 24 guests each plus other tables in his section. As a result we and other guests were neglected for long periods and had to wait too long to receive drinks and our meals. He mistimed our order and the entrees were ready before having received our appetizers although he blamed the kitchen staff for this. My steak came blue rare and was extremely tough after having ordered medium rare. The others at our table were finished their meals including another poor quality steak before the waiter had time to do a quality check. I sent my entree back and the manager quickly apologized and offered me a complimentary appetizer so I could eat something quickly. It’s not fair for customers paying expensive menu prices to be neglected and have their dining experience ruined when a restaurant manager expects their servers to look after far too many customers at one time especially when large groups are involved. I’ll be more aware in the future to avoid this situation again as it’s such a waste of time and money.
