    Had the steak and sushi. The steak was cut so poorly we had to cut into smaller pieces to eat. Our waitress didn't check on us once it was served. Honestly wasn't worth the price and won't be going back to earls for a while.

    Terrible service. Waitress disappeared after the meal and we had to wait to order dessert and coffee and she didn’t ask us if we wanted anything else. First meeting with my in laws and poor service. Brutal.

    The staff were all over the top very pleasant and nice to deal with/ good service but not at all intrusive. My pulled chicken sandwich was dry and chewy - I left most of it- salad was good though. My friends French fries were cold and sandwich bread for another was quite dry. I hope honest critique is helpful
