No one came to take our drink orders or bring water We had to call someone aftter 30 Min to bone see us Then complained to manager who then assigned a waitress and took our orders Food and service was good after

I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and I was not satisfied as the pasta sauce was watery. I always order the chicken Alfredo when I go to Earls and normally it’s really good and the sauce is not watered down. Not sure if this is their new recipe as I noticed there are a lot of new items in the menu. If so, it is not good. Also, it was my friend’s birthday and the waiter asked us if we would like cake. It was nice she asked but then she ended up charging us for the cake. It was a bit awkward because she asked us if we wanted cake so we thought that it was complimentary since it was my friends birthday. It was a bit weird after seeing the cake split into 1/3 on each of our bills. Overall, the food did not taste good, specifically the chicken fettuccini Alfredo and we got charged for a birthday cake. Was not the best experience.

We had an amazing experience. Food was fantastic, the staff was great and attentive. Kelly and Nicholas were incredible!

The food was good very delicious came out nicely, but the service as in our server was very poor manage when we got there our service had not arrived yet and we were told to wait. Secondly, when we did sit down And she had finally arrived when she came around. Only two of the parties were present, and she asked if others were joining we did say that we were waiting two more people and they arrive five minutes later up until the other guest had arrived. She took about 40 minutes to return to the table to ask for food and drinks again and when she came out with the food she was asked for two drinks by the time the food was finished, and the drinks had not arrived. She went to go check. It looks like she had not inputted the drinks into the system. Overall, food was amazing but service was terrible.

My experience was a miss for this visit mainly due to service. Our server at first was attentive while taking our orders and offered to get us water to start. After receiving our meals the server did not check in on us after we got our meal to see if we needed anything else nor brought the water for the table. As we were almost done our meals the server finally came and we asked again for water. We finally got water after our meals were practically done. She was clearing the table and we asked her for the bill she just nodded and walked off and came back with 4 receipts (group of 4), she split the bills the way she thought without asking having her to go back to adjust the bill 2 times. While I understand it is a busy night I would encourage the server to ask her other team members to help out if she felt she wasn’t able to attend to a table. I’m sure this was a one off, hope to have a better experience next time.

A fabulous experience from the start of walking in to be greeted and seate, to the beautiful and friendly servers. The food was spectacular too!!

The noise was so loud I could not have a conversation with the people at my table. One person orderd a peppercorn steak medium, it was rare and had no peppercorn. I would have had it sent back but she didn't tell me till later. 2 jack Daniel's doubles with sprite was 45.00, way overpriced. The dinner was over 200.00 for two people and was not the quality it should have been for the price. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will not return.

food, service & ambience are excellent for group gathering, just a little too noise if you are looking for a quiet dating.
