    We were sat by Anitta, amazing host. She has a great notion of customer service and human to human connection. Our server was Clifford, very knowledgable and good suggestions, pushing us to try new things that ended up being our favorite dishes. This is the best Earl’s location we have gone. Keep the good service and quality.

    The food was great, ribs and cheesecake the best we've ever eaten. The noise level is ok in the standard seating area. Please train the waters how to open wine.

    We were advised of a 2 hour seating limit and were hoping to be out in time. Food took a long time to arrive.

    Chicken was very dry; noise level way too high (poor accoustics); waiter was run off his feet so was unable to be very attentive (not his fault; very nice guy).

    I’ve enjoyed Earls Vaughan for lunch on many occasions. It’s the perfect spot. The staff led by Kevin, is outgoing, friendly and very professional. Food always tastes great, prepared perfectly with excellent plate presentation. Atmosphere is always humming with diners engaging in conversation while enjoying a great experience. I highly recommend Earls Vaughan.

    Sometimes you don't get the right server to attend you and your family and that impacts your experience. The food is good but my server was in no mood to serve.

    When we first came in, we couldn’t get our table ( we arrived at 7:11) and they sat us at a hightop. Service was slow. Our waitress had an attitude and had asked me rudely where we were going, thinking we were going to dine and dash. We love coming to earls and this was not a great experience:(
