They need a better hostess. She was awful to deal with and had I not been to the location before I would’ve gone somewhere else. With a half empty restaurant she tells us there is no tables available, I went on open table and made a reservation and told her that our table was stated to be ready and received nothing but attitude from her. Our server is who saved our date night from being ruined. He was honestly the best server I’ve had at this location and of most restaurants I’ve been to lately. Ayman was respectful knowledgeable and gave his opinion respectfully when it came to my fiances drink. He was attentive but not overly and had great service overall. Food was good as always.

I visited Earls for lunch on Friday, August 30th, 2024, hoping that things had improved since my last visit. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The experience started poorly when it took 10 minutes to “prep” a table, despite several tables being immediately available. This unnecessary wait set the tone for the rest of the visit. I ordered a slush margarita, only to be informed 15 minutes later that the machine hadn’t been turned on, and it would take even longer to get my drink. I had to order something else instead, which was frustrating. The service was extremely slow, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience here, but it will certainly be the last. The quality at this location has been steadily declining, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

My server Daniela was great! Food and drinks came out quickly and the service was amazing overall.

This is my 2nd time going here and leaving in total disappointment I have pic of the food, I order a dozen oyster close to $59 they each one was like premature oyster it was thin like paper, my son’s dinner that we brought home, I had no clue what the hell that was. I have pictures of everything. This is ridiculous.. my bill was closer $250 and I have no clue what we had I paid for

We had Amanda as a server and she was amazing! Very attentive and good at recommendations. We were also seated in a timely matter.

Food and service was good, but noise level was through the roof. I couldn’t hear the guests we had at our table.

I am obsessed with Earl’s Cajun chicken and keep going back for more. Ryan was very attentive, personable, and made our dinner a pleasant experience.

Paid extra for a Caesar Salad, but the lettuce was bad and minimal dressing on the salad. Had to send it back and switch to a regular salad. Pasta was also dry. Overall disappointed when compared to how good the restaurant used to be.
