I’ve been to this location so often and yesterday was a terrible experience. Unlikely that after this experience we will return. Took the server over half an hour to grab our drink orders, half an hour to 40 minutes to come take our food order. additional half hour for appetizers to come. We were starving by the end of it.

Always a great experience with the food, price and drinks. The staff is amazing, I have been a regular this month since I am working in the area. Always can count on the meal to be fresh and delicious for fair price. The staff and managers are awesome-- Thank you Ana, Darylene, Jonathan and a few others that I do not know their names. Sorry we are always emptying the the bread and butter wine stock :) Day time happy hour, is the best time for service and noise level. Reserve ahead this place gets super busy after 5pm. That being said, pack your patience, the restaurant is full with clients and has enough staff and clean staff to support with a good service and great food quality but it will take a little bit of time. See you soon !!!

So chaotic, table not ready for reservation time, server would not come near our table. I had to get up to get her attention. Usually love earls but this was crazy. It took me 45 mins to get a refill on my drink.

Had been to Earl's Kitchen in Vancouver and it was amazing (the test kitchen location) so figured would try out for a client meeting. Really loud, tiny tables way too close and server staff that couldn't be bothered to check in. Was a business meeting, but when your client needs to go and it takes like 10 minutes of trying to get server's attention when not too busy chatting, that's not cool. I was very lucky that it was a really chill client, but I could tell that they were less than impressed by their steak/presentation. I had steak tortellini and it was passable but guess was spoiled at the other location (or out west they do a general better job) Full disclosure, I don't think I've ever left a negative restaurant review in my life but just was not impressed for this level of seating/noise for a $166 lunch for 2 people. Ditch the bar stool tables or at least put them more than an elbow width apart for noise, that would help. Were lots of booths open, so think it was just a matter of front of house staff trying to cram in as many in the bar as possible. I should've changed tables, that's on me. Maybe they were short-staffed. Either way - Should've gone to Moxie's next door...

My boyfriend and I had a great experience last night. Our server was amazing, checked in the right amount of times and gave us the best service

They look shut of staff!! Took forever for any1 to come around. The food finally came and was trash. Was very disappointed cus I have never had this experience at any earls
