    Server blamed the kitchen for messing up the food order and then right after said that she pressed the wrong button on her device. This was after already waiting for 40 minutes for the food to come out. Did not act like she cared much but eventually said sorry. The food itself is really good, just the service and value of the restaurant is not as good as the last time i came 1 yr ago.

    Had to wait almost an hour for our appetizers. Main course has been served almost simultaneously. Bad planning.

    They do not pay attention to allergies, acted like we were the problem when something came out with gluten even though we ordered an item marked gluten free on the menu. Also steak was way overcooked from what I ordered

    I had a lovely time at Earle's celebrating the belated birthdays of two friends on 6/28 at Earls. The food was delicious and the service outstanding.

    No one came to take our order for awhile, so had to go back to the hostess stand to ask. Then the server seemed put out that she was having to work our table. Then when food came out, one dish was missing and the runner said he’d bring it right out. But he never came back. After waiting for almost 10 min, we had to ask where the last entree was. The food was fine; but the service was subpar. Not sure I’ll go back any time soon.

    I love this place so much!!! My boyfriend and I have been here more than twice, and we always get great service. The food is delicious, the wine list is amazing, and the deserts are amazing too! The servers are always nice and quick to get water. This is our little spot where we know we will be taken care of! 100% recommend, and of course we will continue to comeback! Thank you Quinn, Kaitlyn and all you guys working there for always making sure we feel welcome each time!

    We came to earls on Sunday morning for a family brunch, it was 10 of us. Was pleasantly surprised with brunch options, and food tasted so good! Everyone was happy. One of my favourite places to go. Thank you, Earls team!

    Our steaks and seafood were great and reasonably priced. The service was flawless. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the music was a little loud.
