The worst experience I’ve ever had at an Earls so far. The service was very poor—we had a hard time finding our server, and they never checked in to see if we needed anything else. We specifically asked for our food to be served after we finished our appetizer, but the server didn’t listen carefully, and our main course arrived almost immediately after the appetizer. Because of this, we didn’t even get a chance to enjoy a drink before our food, as the server never came back to take our drink order. Never going back to this branch

Service was good until several large tables arrived. Given the size of the tables they couldn’t have been random walkins without reservations. Staffing should have been adjusted accordingly.

Servers have hard time with the pads there using ordering seems complicated. Steak was tough but the way the manager handled it was amazing. Good guy for sure. The rest of the food was great try the oysters my wife does not usually like them but she ordered more. The staff is very nice they all try so hard just the pads are the issue.

Their staff were so friendly and accommodating. The only thing was that our request we placed on Open Table was not granted.

We had a very lovely server ( Bella). Our food was all very good! We loved ⁴the pecan dessert! Very enjoyable evening! The free parking is a bonus! We will be back!

Our server was friendly and very accommodating and patient with late guests, confusing orders, and tried his best to meet everyone's needs. The food was okay, nothing memorable, except for the seafood chowder, which in my case felt like there was a lot of sand I had to chew and swallow. I didn't say anything as my 7 companions seemed to enjoy theirs. I made the reservation for 8 people two days before our get-together and it was confirmed. I arrived at the restaurant at exactly 1800H. Three girls at the front desk (the reception area?) were all looking at the computer screen, scrolling up and down and told me that there was no reservation in my name. I showed the confirmation on my cellphone but they were absolutely sure there was none in my name. One smart cookie flippantly solved the problem by offering to set up a table for us in the atrium instead of the dining area, and marched me in the direction of the atrium. As we passed the dining area, three of my guests were already seated at our reserved table. They told me they just gave my name to the hostess and they were immediately guided to our table. The smart cookie came back and told us that the reservation was under a different name, not mine, which was the reason they couldn't find my reservation. I don't like being lied to, and this was quite brazen. Anyway, the evening went rather well, we had a good time despite the noise (the place was packed) and we enjoyed the dessert that we shared.

Very friendly and attentive service without being intrusive. Lunch hour was quiet enough for a meeting.
