I was very disappointed with the entire experience tonight. I booked a reservation weeks in advance and requested a booth in the lounge. Upon arrival it was a very busy evening and I didn't mind waiting a little extra time to be seated. The hostess told me it would be five minutes. About 20 min later, I checked in again and was told the same. Finally we were taken to a high top in the lounge, with chairs that would be difficult for my elderly Mom to manage. I asked if we could move. We then stood awkwardly for another 10 minutes, then seated at low chairs in the dining room with plants hanging over the table. I didn't realize a booth was such a difficult request. Finally after another 10 min we got a booth. The server Ruban was polite. My chicken Kung pao arrived cold and I advised him immediately. No manager came by to discuss so I assume they were not advised the dish was sent back. The second dish was warmer but not as hot as I like. My Mom ordered ribs with fries and coleslaw. She was disappointed the ribs were sitting directly on top of the fries which made them soggy and the coleslaw was warm. It was difficult to cut the ribs while sitting on the fries. She advised Ruben and no manager called. We paid and left unhappy.

Angry lettuce wraps flavourless; my tortellini bland, no fresh pepper or parmesan when served, friend’s noodle dish was good.

The food was good, I was a little disappointed with the size of the chicken breast on my salad, but it all tasted delicious. Our server was excellent it was busy and they did not rush us during our lunch.

Earl's Kitchen is a classic, vibrant restaurant and bar located right downtown. Their food is excellent and Earls always has new dishes on the menu.

Service was great. We got seated right away with our reservation. The atmosphere was lively and engaging. Our waitress was attentive and prompt. The food was delicious and beautiful presented. Taste was great. We had kids with us and they enjoyed their experience at this location.

Our server was wonderful. He accommodated our needs (gluten free and vegetarian) and food came our quickly without feeling rushed. Very nice experience.

We had a great experience at Earl's test kitchen. The food was great though a bit on the pricey side. However, the servers are exceptional and made our evening especially memorable - they were fantastic :). The noise levels can be 'energetic' :), so if you are looking for a quiet evening, you may want to find a different place!
