Service was awesome, hosts and servers are really sweet and the place is nice. The food was ok, but maybe it was the dish I ordered. Overall we had a good time, definitely worth visiting

Earls was informed, upon booking about the wheelchair. We arrived, put at a table not very accessible, unable to get under table with the chair. we found a table with a round front that would work, but was in an area close by,but closed. I took to many minutes to finally let us use the table. There should not be obstacles to our daughter in the chair to overcome just to eat out, we have all worked hard to make events feel normal for her. This did not help! Also my wife ordered the sliders, came ice cold. She didn’t complain as stress levels were alredy high, also we had our grandson with us. In closing more attention and awareness needs to be made for disabled. Thank you

Enjoyable evening with great cocktails, good food and pleasant service. Menu is very varied. The cajun style salmon was seasoned just right.

Service was great. We were early for our reservation and we were seated right away. Server was attentive but not overbearing while we wait for the final member of our party. My drink was disappointing. Glass was sticky. My meal was also disappointing.

Friendly servers and attentive to water pitchers. We ordered $20 prawn cocktail, received six. All were rubbery which we informed waiter only to here” I’ll tell kitchen”. Hmmm ok. Then ordered a pulled chicken club sandwich but it came with cubed cold chicken. Hmmmmm. The side Caesar was great- luv the anchovy paste addition but salad was unevenly dressed. My partner had the kempow chicken- he was satisfied. Sadly at the end of the meal we had to wait 5-8 min to get our bill. Overall for 90$ I wasn’t impressed. We’ve been there previously but this visit was poor. Not sure I’ll revisit.

The welcome we received from the host Dana was absolutely incredible. She was so helpful as we hadn’t been to an Earls before. Our server was another great lady called Brook. She was actually able to tell us about the Earls brand. We followed Brooks recommendations with regards to wine and my husband’s main meal choice. Overall 10/10. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back here in Vancouver I’ll definitely go again.
