    Service was slow and the food quality went down. The manager also did not come by our table except once and it was very brief. It felt like the waiter had to handle the whole section by himself which seemed very stressful. When waiting for the bill, perhaps the manager could have assisted at the time. Our dishes were also missing certain items which delayed our dining time. Overall it felt like the quality of Earls decreased a lot.

    The food was delicious as usual. Today I had the opportunity to witness management at its best. I was just amazed with Darshan, one of the managers at this location. He came over and greeted my mom and I when we first sat down and made us feel welcomed. Throughout the night, I saw Darshan help his staff with serving, clearing tables and chatting with customers. He was pacing back and forth giving directions and really making things run smoothly. I was truly in awe to see management treating staff and customers with such kindness.

    Dinner was amazing as per usual. Had a great time. We did have to wait a little bit longer for our food to arrive and had to ask staff to just check on our food . Other than that it was fab as always so thanks again station square team!

    Our orders all came out at different times, service was slow. My salad was wilted and old, my cocktail sauce with my prawns didn’t taste good. I had to ask for another lemon because my lemon was full of seeds. My drink was too sweet. The garnishes in the old fashioned was slimy, we thought it was a mango but it was citrus peel. My partner said his tortellini was meh. My other guests liked the chocolate cake dessert but the crème brûlée wasn’t set so it was liquidy and far too sweet and the cheesecake was just ok. I was told that there wasn’t any dessert that I could have with my gluten allergy. Later when everyone had desserts the server confirmed I could have the crème brûlée but it was too late. It was difficult to flag down the server for our bill. Overall it was too expensive for the quality.

    Great to see Aiden again, he always gives us great service. I had the chicken Alfredo, but substituted with prawns highly recommended, and very very good! Thanks to Masha and the bar crew for making us great drinks as well!

    Darshaun the manager took care of us and he was amazing. Anna who was also working g was very attentive and check in with us. My friend and I split a Bacon Cheeseburger and it was made perfectly. The best restaurant burger I’ve had so far. I also order their Prosciutto and Arugula pizza. I always ask for my pizza to be a bit well done and the crew tonight got it perfect. Will definitely be going back for my favorite pizza and NEW favorite burger. Don’t forget to tie it all in with some White Sangria. PERFECT!!

    Normally best place to dine. However lately; happy hour steak frites to full of gristle. They have certainly made up for it with the chicken curry

    Came by for my aunts bday and they made the experience so wonderful and special. Food was amazing and at the end they brought out some desserts for us and it was so yummy and perfect.

    Our server was great; helpful and attentive. The food was very good and sitting on the patio on a beautiful sunny day was relaxing. The music was a little loud so we asked to have the volume lowered, which our server took care of. Much appreciated!
