    Server was new - shouldn't have been on her own. Couldn't answer basic questions on the menu, took about 15 minutes for her to even get to the table with water. I ended up ordering the same thing I order at the main street location; too scared to try something new without answers to the menu questions. She offered to leave and go ask but I asked her not to leave given the amount of time it took her to get to the table in the first place. Asked for water with lemons and a straw - got lukewarm water in a pitcher- no lemons, no straw. Warm water.. on a warm day... yum. Both of us at the table ordered Ceasar WITH straws. Again - no straws. Drank the Ceasars with two hands trying not to get it all over my face as the ice slid down the mug and hit my nose. Asked for a straw for both us - she came back with one straw. The straw was so small that I measured it to the side of the cup and the drink was higher than the straw, the drink would have gobbled up the straw.F Food arrived - she punched in the wrong dish. Had to go back to the kitchen to punch in the correct dish. The new dish arrived and you could see the chicken from the other dish was slid onto the new one and served - ew. After all the time our food sat after another server brought it out and we told him it wasn't ours, the chicken was cold. Honestly I could keep going on and on with all the small details about how this location falls short. I suggest going to Earls main to see how to serve and run a restaurant because the price you pay and the food/service you get just don't match. The bill arrived with the extra meal we didn't order still on it, had I not looked at the bill I would have paid for another dish not ordered. Noted on the reservation it was my birthday and received absolutely no acknowledgement from the server. When I entered the restaurant the hostess was very sweet and said Happy Birthday. Being it was my birthday, I chose where I wanted to go and will definitely not be picking Earls again.

    They did not have our reservation listed when we got there. Even tho I received a confirmed confirmation they did not receive it. Luckily a table in the lounge was available.

    Made a reservation for 6 for a birthday dinner. Was seated in the lounge because according to the hostess I didn’t specify I wanted the dining room when I made my reservation. That was disappointing. It was quite loud in the lounge and busy as we were seated next to the bar. Our waitress was pretty green at her job. A few mix ups with food and our billing.

    Excellent server. Brand new and very knowledgeable. Overall I think Earl’s could let customers “be” a little more. They don’t. Red to check in quite so often. You never want to feel as rushed as in the Keg. Overall very good though. Consistent.
