Portions were very small. French fries are the cheapest thing to put on a plate…Fill the plate!

Honestly, Earls has lost and its edge. The food is okay but the prices are really high. It's like they're trying to be high dining with their prices, but the service is a little sloppy.. Lots of servers standing around even on Valentine's Day. Server left an empty beer can on our table for the whole time until the end. I guess I just expect more for a two-person, $100 meal.

Earls is a fun place to go, always lots going on. It was a bit hectic as it was Valentines but staff managed it well, everything came out as expected and service was great

Our table was ready for us when we arrived. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. The food was very good.

I tried to book this reso through the phone for my birthday February 5th. I was told on the phone to email management I’m assuming as I was told they deal with large groups. After not receiving email I booked online no problem! We showed up and a couple extra people were supposed to show up and so the host was awesome and set up a new table for us and accommodated us super nicely. After that the service just went downhill. Each drink took about 15–20 minutes and for a group of 14 people we asked for water and was brought one craft of water for the whole table. Food was good and drinks were good but just very very slow. February 8th at 1:30pm (day of reso) I was told it’s unavailable. This system seems very flawed… It was my birthday. I was not acknowledged by anyone for it. Our server didn’t even serve us. We had to keep asking her for things and stopping her and she made it look/seem like we were inconveniencing her.
